Maybe this is just a fluctuation, but the cartoons for the 1st and the 2nd of January are not showing up (in my GoogleReader) and the URL (e.g. http://www.ucomics.com/calvinandhobbes/1996/01/02/) takes you to an error page (http://www.gocomics.com/error_page.phtml).
