But I was amused by the concept of jotting down something in a notebook with a notation for action later. I've been using that method for years. For me it's a capital "A" with a circle around it. I think the idea of gathering first, then sorting and acting later is useful. But I'm not sure that in the end all the wrapping you are putting around the tasks is worth it. All the twiki gizmos and what not. Also, while it's good to get things written down sometimes, it's also good to keep working on your memory by organizing things in your head. My $0.02 of heresy.
